From the moment you step in there is a warmth and chill from reception as if you belong here or you have been here before. I turned up about an hour (I work on Japanese time) before my Ride (rhythm riding) class. Reception sorted out my bike shoes, reminded me of my bike spot, and then took me on a full tour, and showed me where the locker room was as I had to change out of my work clothes. We had an initial 2 week free trial of Soul Train. Erin, one of the gym trainers, is very friendly & informative about the gym, classes & equipment. We used the sauna, ice bath & even a red light therapy piece of equipment. All were very good & we plan to join the gym😀
Hands down the best class I've been to - ever. So energetic, an amazing workout and great music. Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and it's just so much fun. The sauna and cold plunge was also so good. Just an oasis in the middle of the city 🤍
Having done spin classes regularly for decades I can honestly say the team at SOULTRAIN are the best. The music is amazing, the spin room and equipment is top notch! The spin instructors are friendly & really know what they are doing. Plus they provide soulful inspiration in every ride setting you up for high vibes after every class.
