Hands down the best class I've been to - ever. So energetic, an amazing workout and great music. Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and it's just so much fun. The sauna and cold plunge was also so good. Just an oasis in the middle of the city 🤍
Having done spin classes regularly for decades I can honestly say the team at SOULTRAIN are the best. The music is amazing, the spin room and equipment is top notch! The spin instructors are friendly & really know what they are doing. Plus they provide soulful inspiration in every ride setting you up for high vibes after every class. I have been attending Soultrain almost since its inception 12 years ago. The programs that Erin and the team write are always challenging and I never get bored! The comaraderie is what drawers me to this Gym- everyone is lovely and professional. Erin and Billy are a delight to train with. Thanks for keeping me fit over the past decade or so.
This is the very best spin studio I have ever been to!! The instructors are amazing - so skilled, fun and motivating!!! The studio is nice and clean. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone giving it a go!!!
