RecommendedI'm 62 and new to exercise. There are no gym junkies here, just people like me, improving their health or doing rehabilitation for injuries they have. The staff are wonderful and supportive. You work at your own pace and the clients are absolutely lovely. They don't judge. I feel comfortable here. Love this place
RecommendedI love it here! Can't get enough! The trainers are amazingly supportive, motivating and are there with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals. Definitely would recommend the boxing class on Tuesdays....its my favourite!
