I was very pleased with the service at Solomon's Flooring at Macgregor, especially from Greg who helped me throughout the whole process of selection, quoting and installation with great patience during a recent move of house. A huge thanks to James and the team for our carpet install. James gave us great practical advice on the best carpet to install and was endlessly flexible around our insurance/ builder delays. Great price and great finished product. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Solomons staff were friendly and professional in understanding our carpet requirements and knowledgeable in assisting us to choose a carpet that both met our needs and was within our budget. The carpet arrived on time and an experienced team of carpet layers professionally installed it on schedule. We are very happy with the end result and it has given our house a more modern look.
From start to end Greg and Bernie provided us with excellent customer service, honesty and reliability. I highly recommend Solomons Macgregor. Since the first day I walked into the store Greg was friendly, confident and very clear about the different choices I could have.
