Our story begins in sunny Queensland Solar Uptime was launched in 2014 as Service Tech on the Gold Coast. We realized few solar energy companies wanted to help homeowners with minor repairs and regular maintenance. So we stepped in to fill the gap. Since we’ve helped thousands of solar system owners between the Sunshine Coast and Northern NSW. Soon we’ll be serving the Sydney area and other regions in Australia.

Brent performed all maintenance checks & cleaning, reported verbally to my brother & I, giving professional advice & answering our questions. Then he sent via email a thorough written report on the work he had done, the performance & condition of my solar panels, fittings & function, showing an improvement since last year. I’m very grateful.

Fantastic service, system is up and running again producing as much power as it had many years ago. I recommend these guys for service and if required new installation. When I upgrade my current system will definitely be giving Solar Uptime a call.
Office responded quickly to make an appointment, technician arrived early, rapidly sorted problem, gave thorough explanation of what had gone wrong and how he had fixed it and made sensible recommendations for how we could improve our solar/battery systems. Impressive service and recommend without reservation.
