We have been renting through Peter Snow and we honestly have never experienced this high level of care from our estate agents. A recent job request was sorted out within a day, it wasn’t even a big issue. communication with Peter and office staff has been fantastic and Peter has gone out of his way to help us.
My partner and I have recently purchased our first home together from Michelle at Snow Realty and cannot thank her enough. Today’s world makes it almost impossible for young people to purchase their first home but Michelle made it every bit possible. Poor communication, agent reluctant to allow offers prior to open house. I wouldn't use this agency to sell my house. Response 24/04/2024- Unfair advantage was not sought. I requested an offer to purchase prior to the open which was denied. Presenting an offer prior does not give an 'unequal' opportunity as the seller has full autonomy to decline or accept. I find it offensive that you suggest that I was requesting 'special treatment' as this was the first agency that has ever denied me the chance to make an early offer.
After being a tenant with more unscrupulous operators in Toowoomba, Snow was a breath of fresh air. Property managers are very respectful to tenants and were helpful and proactive when sorting issues with the property we leased. If your property is managed through them, they will take care of it properly.
