We chose Len Allington to sell our home primarily due to his reputation and 5 star reviews, however in person he exceeded all of our expectations. He was warm, friendly, honest, relatable, genuine and instantly made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure, sales pitch or hype as Len walked through our home and identified the selling points. I submitted a review prior to vacating a rental. This is an update review. While renting we received glowing reports on our routine inspections. We vacated and our exit inspection claimed 2x damages that were already there. One we have provided date stamped photo evidence that it was there when we moved in. The other appeared to be construction glue stain in the ensuite, not sure how they expect us to have caused this. They complained about the carpet despite having it professionally cleaned upon exit.
