I had an excellent experience at Smiles Nambour. Dr. Benjamin Seow was caring, attentive, and took the time to educate me about my dental health. The receptionist and dental assistant were also wonderful, making me feel at ease and safe throughout the appointment. I felt truly heard and now have a clear plan moving forward. Highly recommend!
The team at smiles were brilliant. Caring from the minute we entered and patient and kind with our daughter. Dr Ben communicated with us as well as our daughter in regards to what the process would be, guiding her through each step and ensuring she was comfortable the whole time. As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I would absolutely recommend giving the Smile team a go.
Dr Lakshmi listened attentively, explained things clearly and provided options for my particular needs. His staff were welcoming and supportive. Together they made me feel comfortable and understood. I left confident, knowing that I would be able to choose the best course of action for my treatment.
