I don't know how good this company provide door service, but this company's staff/people illegally parked their car in a "Private" Residential Parking Space for TWO days and have already made a complaint to Smart Tormax 3 weeks ago and they just ignore your complaint and get NO response, No apology for this illegal act. Big question how good can this kind of company be ????
Sent several emails over the past 3 weeks via the company's webpage and to their SA email address..... no reply thus far. Pity, they installed the gates I have and I want them to service them. As others have written, getting a response to communication doesnt seem to be a priority. In the end I had to find an independent service agent

Overpriced..I feel so ripped off. Over $200 just to come and take a look and do nothing. Also, had to call multiple times for quotes and still never received the last one. Safe to say I didn’t go with them for the actual work!
These guys are very professional, they were very helpful with my door service for my comercial building and my automated gates at home. They definitely put my needs as a customer first and got the job done as fast as they could with great quality.
