We have had the pleasure now of having Tara and her team at Skyrise let our property at Hurstville on no less than 4 occasions. Each letting was approached in a professional manner with the marketing not being done in a template fashion but tailored to achieve a letting to tenants who were a good fit for our property, not just to achieve a high rent but a good, trouble free tenant. These tenants are quality in that they save up for several years and then leave to buy a house which is gratifying to see.
Karishma has been extremely supportive, professional, and proactive throughout the entire rental listing and tenant-application process.
