We’ve been renting a warehouse for the past 11 years through Skyrise Realty. Tara & her team have been friendly, but very professional in solving difficult issues when occurred, e.g. when dealing with the difficult landlord. As we are moving out, I really appreciate Tara & her team’s fair minded and professional way of conducting business activities for the past 11 years. I personally thank to Tara & best wishes for the Skyrise.
Be warned, they will make you pay your rent through a 3rd party app WITH FEES which will end in you being told you’re behind in rent and constantly threatened by the incompetent team with NCAT. Repairs take anywhere from 6-18 months, and Tara will push you to sort the repairs by utilising your friends or family who are trades and then doesn’t pay them. There’s a reason they only have a handful of properties available, stay clear and don’t fall for the fake reviews.
I’ve been working with Skyrise Realty for the past 2 years to manage my rental property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service they provide. As a property owner, it’s important to have someone who not only understands the ins and outs of property management but also genuinely cares about both the tenant and the property itself and that’s exactly what Skyrise Realty brings to the table.
