Service with a smile! Emma assisted my dad (in his 80’s), with some concerning toenail issues, and although he was worried about the pain/outcome of his situation (due to his diabetes/poor circulation), he felt heard and reassured - getting the result he needed whilst there. Whether we’re at their Mowbray location or their Prospect location, we recognise the consistency throughout and know that he will again be taken care of at his next appointment. It was my 90 year old fathers first time to have his toe nails cut by anyone, Emma was respectful, considerate, kind and gentle with him. Would recommend Sky Podiatry.
