I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Harrison Wong was fantastic. He was direct, efficient, calm and helped me so much with two extractions. I will be coming here more and more and I could not recommend them enough, from the doctor to reception to his dental nurse, all fantastic. 5 stars !
NOT an airway dentist. They are solely about BITE. I was here for 10 years and saw 3 different dentists and not one told me that I had recessed jaws, might have sleep apnoea or breathing problems and could solve it with jaw surgery. When finding out about my forward head posture being related to my recessed jaws, I asked them for a referral to a surgeon and they refused because they "didn't see anything wrong" with my jaw. The price they quoted and the price you pay are ALWAYS different!! After treatments, we always pay MORE than they quoted before treatments!! Sometimes they don't even ask, you'll just hear a higher price when you pay. Sometimes they ask if you want to do this or that, but they will NOT inform you if what they do is an extra, you'll know the price when you go out and pay🙄 What else? So thankful for Sing Sing and her team that took care of me yesterday. I had an emergency & they were so helpful by fitting me in last minute and did an amazing job resolving my problem fast and without pain. Highly recommend! 💜
