Harcourts have looked after my rental properties for many years now and have consistently provided a very good service at a reasonable cost. Recent dealings support this. Over the past few years they have continued to introduce new technology and this complements their service. One area for improvement could be the introduction of new personal, as after staff changeover, it is sometimes difficult to determine who contacts should be. This would only improve their service further.
