I swapped to SIA dental Essendon as my regular clinic after my first consult. Both the team and Dr Claire were absolutely amazing making me feel comfortable from day 1 and really taking the time to understand my needs. Dr Claire is fantastic both in terms of giving me all the information I needed but also in her work. I healed quickly after a complex procedure and knew exactly what to expect at each stage. I’ve been to see Dr Edmund 2 times now and both visits have been excellent. He’s professional, thorough, and makes you feel completely at ease. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure you’re comfortable. My dental experience has improved so much thanks to him. Highly recommend Dr Edmund to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.
Every experience I’ve had at this clinic has been exceptional! All staff are super friendly - there is a real sense of warmth and genuine care. The two drs I’ve seen (Safaa Idris and Kelly) have been incredibly helpful. Sophie, the receptionist, is the best!! The only dental clinic you’ll ever need to go to!!
Dr Edmund + the entire SIA Dental team were incredible. Being very anxious coming in to my first appointment at the clinic, I was treated with compassion and had everything explained to me in a way that made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my appointment. Would highly recommend!
I am an 80 year old patient that has changed dentists a few years ago to SIA Dental and have found them excellent Dentists, easy to talk to, and easy to access when needed. Their staff are very pleasant and informative and Sophie their receptionist is a sheer delight to deal with, as after all they are Dentists, and that is not my favourite appointment !!!.
