Marlena and Rosie have been amazing. They looked after me for almost 6 years. Always helpful and supportive whenever the rental needed maintenance. Just an easy agency to deal with. Highly recommend them!!!
Don't expect your bond back! Moving in reported no water, an insect infestation, broken blinds, dirty. Moving out and after cleaners went through they claimed it was dirty charged $200 clean (for a studio apartment), based on dirty taken down blinds and a cockroach that appeared after cleaning.
I would like to highlight Dean from the building maintenance team. He is always friendly and has resolved everything I have asked for. I often see him around working hard and taking care of the place. I also want to thank Karen, who has been an outstanding real estate manager. She is always helpful and professional.
I highly recommend Toby Hutton. He worked so hard to manage the process. He suggested work to be done that adds value, recommended (good) trades people and genuinely actively manage the sale. If you choose Toby, you’re getting experience in the industry and the Northern Beaches market. He knows his stuff. He got me a great price and I know he worked so hard to do it. Another agent even congratulated me on what I got for it.
My experience with Karen has been outstanding from the very beginning of me renting my flat 3 years ago, Karen has always been on top of everything , always responsive and with her personal touch that his so rare with real estate agency.
