Marlena and Rosie have been amazing. They looked after me for almost 6 years. Always helpful and supportive whenever the rental needed maintenance. Just an easy agency to deal with. Highly recommend them!!!
I would like to highlight Dean from the building maintenance team. He is always friendly and has resolved everything I have asked for. I often see him around working hard and taking care of the place. I also want to thank Karen, who has been an outstanding real estate manager. She is always helpful and professional.
I was a tenant at a rental property managed by Shoreline for just over a year. When I moved into the property it was great condition and very clean. Throughout my time in the property Shoreline had great communication and were very easy to deal making my time their stress free! When I moved out of the property, they were flexible with the move out date making it easy and convenient for me to plan my move!
Don't expect your bond back! Moving in reported no water, an insect infestation, broken blinds, dirty. Moving out and after cleaners went through they claimed it was dirty charged $200 clean (for a studio apartment), based on dirty taken down blinds and a cockroach that appeared after cleaning.
We had a fantastic experience working with Karen and the team at Shoreline. Have had relationships with agents over 20 years in Sydney and Karen is friendly, diligent and "on it". Great communication, follow through on commitments and thorough with the details (which sadly is something rare in other agencies!)
