Had an amazing experience at Shiraz Restaurant on the Gold Coast. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish we ordered was full of flavor. The portion sizes were very generous and great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding. Parking available underground. Easy to access. Was a surprise stop on our holiday in GC and saw the reviews. We were not disappointed. We were perplexed by the price being a little high, but after seeing the size of the plates, it made sense. The rice options are good, the chicken is tender and big chunks, the kofta was a standout. We had a great experience overall. The customer service was excellent, all the staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place to others. The food was amazing, and the meat was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The seasoning was excellent, and the side dishes were delicious as well. It was truly an authentic and memorable Persian dining experience.

During our holiday on the Gold Coast, we went to Shiraz Restaurant two days in a row — first for lunch and then again the next day for dinner. That alone says a lot. On our first visit, the staff were incredibly friendly and kindly gave us a table even though we didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and the food was served quite quickly. By far the best Iranian restaurant I’ve found outside of Iran. I ordered the Soltani kebab, and the quality and flavour were honestly outstanding. This is the kind of food you would usually only find in good restaurants back in Iran. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a great place for families as well as couples. The menu was varied and complete, and the service was excellent. Overall, Shiraz is easily one of the best Iranian restaurants in Queensland, and I would definitely recommend it.
