I visited Shiraz Restaurant Gold Coast with my family on 28 December 2025. Shortly after dining there, multiple members of my family became unwell with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I contacted the restaurant the very next day to report what had happened. A staff member advised me that the manager would call me back; however, no one contacted me. I had such a great experience at this Persian restaurant! I ordered the kobedeh, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. You can really tell that the food is made with care and authentic flavors. The portion sizes were very generous, definitely great value for money. I left feeling completely satisfied! My partner and I got the banquet for two, and oh my lord.. we were not prepared for how much food we were receiving. Everything was delicious, meats cooked to perfection and everything seasoned beautifully. So many flavours in one meal, we were very impressed. The wait staff were super lovely, we had such a friendly waiter, an older gentlemen, I wish we remembered his name so we could thank him on here. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back again when we visit next time from Sydney!

We are visiting for couple of weeks to Gold Coast, we love Persian food, the service was great, the location and atmosphere are amazing,food is good, but compared to other Persian restaurants I visited in different countries , I would give 4/5, and I am sure some other people have different taste. But I would return to Shiraz every time I come to Gold Coast, cause it is the best Persian restaurant here. A bit on the pricy side, like all good coast. Highly recommend

We had the pleasure of discovering Shiraz Persian Restaurant on the Gold Coast — and what an amazing experience! We were warmly welcomed, even though we don’t speak English very well. A huge thank you to Gabriel, our waiter, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to us.
