We had the pleasure of discovering Shiraz Persian Restaurant on the Gold Coast — and what an amazing experience! We were warmly welcomed, even though we don’t speak English very well. Absolutely exquisite food. The servers were very friendly and helpful. An awesome authentic Persian food experience. Faultless in every way. (the plates are way bigger than the menu suggests too. We couldn’t eat it all and took some home for dinner too)
Lovely atmosphere and delicious food! We shared the big Shirazi plate, which was more than enough for both of us, and we absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed the chenje, while my partner couldn’t get enough of the jooje! Everything was perfect, but the highlight of the night was definitely the baghlava and tea, they put the biggest smile on our faces! The baghlava was absolutely amazing — highly recommend it!
Amazing food and the service we had from Julia was great. The dragonfruit mocktail was a hit with our child and we adored our adult ones. Especially the persian love. Everything we cooked to perfections. The prawns were not overcooked at all which is easy to get wrong. Definitely will be back again.
