I love our doctor, Dr Soban. Highly understanding and truly helpful. Unfortunately the receptionists need customer service training, they are the front end of the business but they are not happy and they give you a feeling that they don’t want to be there. They do a disservice to the good doctors. Receptionists may have forgotten to smile but the doctors are top notch.
Dr John Wong is an awesome doctor in terms of patient care. He was thorough and patience in his consultation and provided much needed reassurance during the visit. The only downside is having to wait more than an hour for the appointment. Hopefully there could be a shorter wait time in the future.
Telehealth appointment was easy to book. Dr Russ called on time and gave a thorough overview of test results. Prescribed meds via SMS that I ordered via the chemist app. Very easy process
I took my daughter to see Dr Soban at Seymour St Clinic. We didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. It was a Saturday afternoon appointment booked through HotDocs. The doctor was efficient, but he seemed to be under pressure to be quick. This clinic is ok if you need something simple, but it might not suit you if you need a thorough investigation for a complex issue. It suited our needs this time. The clinic was clean and there was easy parking out front.
I had a very unsatisfactory and distressing experience with Dr. Jhun (Clement) Lo. Despite seeking medical help, I was effectively refused treatment and felt unfairly treated simply because I was not a regular patient of the clinic. The consultation not only felt rushed, but I also felt that my concerns were neither heard nor addressed. I left feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and unsupported.
