The clinic is setup really, really well it has all the imaging and testing etc..in one building. They just need to make sure they don't hire bad doctors. Dr Rus Hamilton was great. But Dr Jhun (Clement) Lo is absolutely useless. Extremely dismissive, didn't even look at me the entire time. Just wrote me a referral. I explained I don't want a gastroscopy and already and one and he just said "well there's nothing else to do, you can take the referral and it's up to you if you want to use it". That's it. I love our doctor, Dr Soban. Highly understanding and truly helpful. Unfortunately the receptionists need customer service training, they are the front end of the business but they are not happy and they give you a feeling that they don’t want to be there. They do a disservice to the good doctors. Receptionists may have forgotten to smile but the doctors are top notch.

Absolutely abysmal service. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't get me wrong, the reception staff are friendly, but the waiting times are unacceptable and any information provided is non existent. I knew this place had a long wait time, usually half and hour or so, maybe an hour on a busy day. I go in at 12:30 for a walk in. Get told it might be 30 minute wait, okay cool. I took my daughter to see Dr Soban at Seymour St Clinic. We didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. It was a Saturday afternoon appointment booked through HotDocs. The doctor was efficient, but he seemed to be under pressure to be quick. This clinic is ok if you need something simple, but it might not suit you if you need a thorough investigation for a complex issue. It suited our needs this time. The clinic was clean and there was easy parking out front.

Dr John Wong is an awesome doctor in terms of patient care. He was thorough and patience in his consultation and provided much needed reassurance during the visit. The only downside is having to wait more than an hour for the appointment. Hopefully there could be a shorter wait time in the future.
