I took my daughter to see Dr Soban at Seymour St Clinic. We didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. It was a Saturday afternoon appointment booked through HotDocs. The doctor was efficient, but he seemed to be under pressure to be quick. This clinic is ok if you need something simple, but it might not suit you if you need a thorough investigation for a complex issue. It suited our needs this time. The clinic was clean and there was easy parking out front.
I called for a new patient, non Medicare appointment with a female Dr, was told appointment was to be $69.80 (approx) then when I was there in person and went to pay I was told it was $85 due to being a female doctor specialised in women's health. I then waited at least 15 mins past my appointment so went to the reception desk to ask approximately how much longer... Dr Vijayanandam Jayaraman is the best most caring doctor! His been my doctor for years now. He actually cares about your wellbeing. Doesn’t rush you in and out like your just anyone. He remains professional & very knowledgeable. I drive 40 mins, sometimes longer in traffic just to see my doctor because his the best
Dr. Alam was great. I was seen quickly and all my questions and needs were answered in a straightforward, clear manner. The student nurse who did my injection was amazing. For the 1st time ever, I barely even felt the needle. This, to me, was awesome as I HATE injections and needles.
The whole experience was very professional, fast and easy. I booked the appointment online which was also very convenient and easy. The centre is very clean and tidy always and always a pleasant experience. I was however disappointed with the pathology department as they lost my results and I wasn't even notified till I got to see the doctor 4weeks later and then I had to do the test again and wait 2more weeks for results. This is not the first time it has happened either.
