I have been coming here for many years and it is still one of the best clinics in Melbourne. Great selection of doctors, there is pathology, physio, X-ray and dental services all in the one place. A special mention for the nurses department for wound dressing etc, they are super professional and way more competent than local hospitals. Recommend to make bookings online (very easy) rather than wait. It is partial bulk billing but worth it for the level of services you can access.
Very disappointed with the GP and nurse today. Actually today was my 1st visit to clinic for my 1yr baby’s vaccination. GP was in rush I guess, he didn’t even bothered to do my baby 1st year growth assessment. Didn’t even touch my baby to see how he going. He just referred to the nurse for vaccination. I requested him to do assessment instead he said please come next week by booking 20minutes consultation today we are fully booked. What the hell??? I would like to say I have seen other doctors from this practise and they have usually been wonderful. I saw Dr Sethi recently and cannot say the same about her. Her help on my somewhat serious injury,has been to see a specialist, no suggestions on what to do in the mean time, and no help for the pain . She also was meant to send me a referral. I am unable to walk, so I need to see someone as soon as possible. Dr Sethi did not bother sending the referral straight away as promised.
Seymour Street Medical centre have a great online booking system and open 7 days a week with some late nights till 8pm I love that I can always get an appointment . I have been really pleased with Dr Wong he is genuine and provides excellent care every time! and also Dr Ali is a very kind and caring doctor.
Clinic is clean, the chairs were replaced and the carpets are new. Reception has new glass protectors . Toilets are clean.
