I love our doctor, Dr Soban. Highly understanding and truly helpful. Unfortunately the receptionists need customer service training, they are the front end of the business but they are not happy and they give you a feeling that they don’t want to be there. They do a disservice to the good doctors. Receptionists may have forgotten to smile but the doctors are top notch.
Had awful experience , doctor silvapala was disrespectful and was in and out within literally 2 minutes, didn’t want to listen to any concerns or issues I was having with my medical problem. He told me I wear too much make up repeatedly because I had gone in for eye issues? With no make up on 😂 Like what advice or help is that? It’s an eye issue. Easy to book an appointment even a few hours away, minimal waiting time, I needed X-ray so got X-ray done and reviewed all in one visit. Staying true to their Medical Centre on the name. Easy parking downstairs and fully bulk-billed. I was with Dr Tom, thank you for your quick but thorough assessment!
I called for a new patient, non Medicare appointment with a female Dr, was told appointment was to be $69.80 (approx) then when I was there in person and went to pay I was told it was $85 due to being a female doctor specialised in women's health. Dr Vijayanandam Jayaraman is the best most caring doctor! His been my doctor for years now. He actually cares about your wellbeing. Doesn’t rush you in and out like your just anyone. He remains professional & very knowledgeable. I drive 40 mins, sometimes longer in traffic just to see my doctor because his the best
