We had a wonderful buying experience through Sell Exclusive especially with sale associate James Rosenow. He kept us informed and helped us in many ways to get the deal done. It was a different and at times difficult transaction as it was a longer than normal contract timeframe and the selling vendors were making life difficult for us and for the real estate agents by asking for ludicrous conditions.
