Tracy is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated getting in so quickly for a 2 week review and she gives explanations for what to expect and how everything works. A friendly demeanour and the colleagues are so knowledgeable and lovely as well! A clean and cosy and inviting atmosphere - Both aesthetically and on a personal level. Really enjoyed my first microdermabrasion session with Lainey today. She is a perfect balance of friendly and professional. The session was very relaxing and enjoyable. Lainey is extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. Will definitely return based on my experience today.
