I found Scott to be an excellent communicator which is hard to find these days , not only was he very prompt with responding to me on both the phone and on email but he explained everything in layman terms and actually listened to what I wanted and provided advice accordingly.I also found the systems he uses to log documents very easy to use, I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided me so far .
