I attended the Wisdom Within in Currambine in Sept 2022 not sure what to expect. Gai is an amazing facilitator. I really enjoy Philosopy with SPP as it's practical, lots of self reflection and well being more open minded, being present. Resources are practical. I have since gone on and completed the Happiness Course and am now enrolled to do the Love Course. Everything happens for a reason, you do however need to be open and in the right headspace in order to receive the lessons

Joining the School of Philosophy in 1992 was possibly the best and most important decision of my life. The ancient wisdom teachings which the School presents have enabled me to discover my true purpose as a human being. Being Practical Philosophy and applying the practices on a daily basis has also allowed me to experience the true inner contentment and peace all human beings are seeking.

The courses provide space to discover the benefits of age old philosophical practices to be tried out each week. This school has helped me to gain greater patience and stillness in mind and body, and a more wholesome understanding of the world around me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for less stress, more depth to life and a safe place to discuss weekly findings within a group setting.
