The educators at Sandcastles have been wonderful. My daughter settled into the nursery room very quickly thanks to their care and support. The educators always listen to our concerns and have been very attentive, especially when we discussed her dietary needs. My daughter is always happy to go to the centre and has built positive relationships not only with the nursery educators but also with staff from other rooms. It’s such a warm, caring and nurturing learning environment.
We are incredibly grateful to Rasanthi and the entire nursery room team for the care and support they give to my son. During his time here, he is always happy, well cared for, and truly enjoys coming to the centre each day. As parents, we genuinely feel the patience, professionalism, and love the educators show to the children, which gives us great peace of mind. Since my daughter Chloe T started at Sandcastle when she was 5 months old. Now she has grown into a much more independent and confident little girl. We have seen such a big change in her — she is happier, braver, and more willing to try things on her own. On her very first day of kindy, she didn’t cry at all. Sandcastle Chastwood 1 is the best childcare centre my son has attended. At his previous childcare, he wasn’t allowed to move to the preschool room until he was fully toilet trained, which caused him a lot of stress. At Sandcastle, they didn’t have the same requirement. Instead, they supported and guided him through his toilet training journey. Because he wasn’t feeling pressured, he picked it up very quickly.
