I went to Sage of Mind for a couple of sessions. The psychologist was so helpful. She provided me with a lot of practical strategies and tools to improve my mental health. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. They helped me find the place as I got lost. The text messages and emails were helpful reminders of the appointment. Overall, I highly recommend 😊
