If I could give zero stars, I would. We rented a warehouse from this agency for3years. When we moved out, we spent thousands repainting the office, steam-cleaning carpets, deep-cleaning the warehouse floor — everything. And then? Agency still send a A 16-page make-good report demanding ridiculous, unreasonable things — even asking us to clean the EXTERNAL warehouse walls and “repair” normal wear and tear. Then they tried to take our entire bond $ AND try to charge us another thousands dollars on top. The worst part?? T... read more
