I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment with Dr. Faith on 24/10/2025 Unfortunately, I was kept waiting for over an hour without any communication or explanation.so that I had to cancel my appointment with her and I will never recommend her cause she made me also late for my other appointments which I was booked at 1.30 I couldn't reach there and she is responsible for that! Love the space but the things that let this clinic down would be the check in process and long wait times for phone calls. 5 stars for Dr Anita. She listened, did the necessary tests, knew what I needed and all sorted. Im super anxious about seeing doctors but she made the process breezy and made me feel comfortable.
If you're willing to wait potentially hours to get seen then it's fine. If not, go elsewhere. They charge you if you're late by the smallest bit but then they're more than happy to have you wait way past your appointment time. Not worth it, if we book a time slot that is when we are to be seen, can't all just wait around.
Unacceptable experience.! We booked an early appointment with specialist doctor at 7-30 am ( before work hours). But to our utmost surprise we met Dr around 8-20 am which was a normal working hours after around 50 minutes of wait. Can someone explain us what was the point of making before work appointment by paying $20 extra- sorry we don’t have Medicare facility. Waiting for 50 minutes and saw the doctor just for 5 minutes to see him for follow up for blood tests which were normal. Would be great if we clinic would keep it ... read more
The toilets at your centre need serious attention. I have been a customer for 12 years and in all that time I have never seen them properly cleaned. I have seen your centre transform for the better. You reduced long waits, introduced appointments, created a convenient booking app, upgraded microphones and speakers so we could hear the admins clearly, and renovated the space to make it look much nicer. I have witnessed all these improvements firsthand, but the toilets have never been scrubbed to a standard that is acceptable ... read more
