Today, my son and me visited this medical centre with the appointment around 6:20pm. The doctor was super nice and enthusiastic to find out my son’s problem! Thank you very much and I recommend it for everyone! 🙂
We booked an appointment for my husband. After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room we followed up with the front desk whether there is a delay in doctors appointments. We have been told that the doctor must have called my husband as his file is open on the doctor's pc but noone called us in. Fun fact - the doctor left his room and will be back in an hour. Great. My husband was offered another appointment with a different doctor at $100 public holiday prepayment. What a scam is this place🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
My appointment was booked for 7.20pm to see Dr Patricia Nguyen. I was waiting over an hour until I asked how long she was going to be. I was told I was next in line so waited another 30mins only for her to come out & take someone else in. Not impressed and will not be returning! Do not recommend at all unless you enjoy spending hours in a medical centre & not to be seen.
my normal doc was not available. my first time teleconference. it's so quick and convenient. has my medical history and last visit. got my prescription and sick certificate and a compassionate doctor.
