Today, my son and me visited this medical centre with the appointment around 6:20pm. The doctor was super nice and enthusiastic to find out my son’s problem! Thank you very much and I recommend it for everyone! 🙂
Booked an appointment for 6.00 pm and left home early enough to be 10 minutes early. Now keep this in mind while I tell you we wait for just over 1h 30mins to be called in. For a visit to the doctor's evening, my total interaction with my GP was only 10 mins compared to the 2 hrs it took waiting in the waiting room and purchasing my prescriptions. Ridiculous! Considering switching medical clinics as it did not use to be this bad, so disappointed!
Didn't wait that long to see Dr and my Dr actually listened and was caring and helpful. The centre was clean and had a warm feeling. It also has everything u need under the one roof too
I was in distress with blood pressure so high I could have had a stroke. There was a 3 hour wait which I couldn’t conceive was viable for me. On explaining to the extremely sympathetic nurse at the emergency desk she made the decision to seek medical assistance within 20 minutes. I am so grateful to her and to the Dr who saw me. I recommend the Rudloc Road Medical Centre for its excellent service. Thank you so much.
We booked an appointment for my husband. After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room we followed up with the front desk whether there is a delay in doctors appointments. We have been told that the doctor must have called my husband as his file is open on the doctor's pc but noone called us in. Fun fact - the doctor left his room and will be back in an hour. Great. My husband was offered another appointment with a different doctor at $100 public holiday prepayment. What a scam is this place🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
