I’ve had a great experience at this medical centre. Dr Michael and Dr Soe truly care about their patients and are very professional. They always take the time to listen and help with whatever we come in for. I also visited urgent care to get stitches, and Nurse Brooke was fantastic very thorough and kept checking if I was okay throughout the procedure. The other nurses were also really kind and caring. Highly recommend this place for quality care.
I booked an appointment with Dr Anita for my teenage daughter, as she was uncomfortable discussing sensitive women’s health issues with our previous GP, who was male. We changed doctors with the expectation of receiving understanding, privacy, and proper support. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Had a 10:10am appointment but waited over 1 hour to be seen. I checked in and paid $80, so the gp knew I was present. I was later told my name was called at 10:50am and that patients should follow up if waiting more than 30 minutes. That’s not acceptable — it’s the gp’s responsibility to have proper systems to track and call patients, not blame them for long delays. Very poor communication and patient management.
Glad we do have this facility in Morley, same time emergency blood collection , urgent care clinic etc. Appreciate Dr Anthony Sciberras who has 50 years experience. Hope his good health and well being. Give 4 ⭐ because of clearness. Need to good hygiene practices as well teach others patients too.
Unacceptable experience.! We booked an early appointment with specialist doctor at 7-30 am ( before work hours). But to our utmost surprise we met Dr around 8-20 am which was a normal working hours after around 50 minutes of wait. Can someone explain us what was the point of making before work appointment by paying $20 extra- sorry we don’t have Medicare facility. Waiting for 50 minutes and saw the doctor just for 5 minutes to see him for follow up for blood tests which were normal. Would be great if we clinic would keep it ... read more
