So many issues in our first (and definitely last) experience here. Called prior to coming to ensure they could help us, as I told the girl we were coming from quite far away, so I wanted to ensure the did the right scans we might need. I had an appointment with a GP there today. After I've requested a referral for a blood test that could help manage my chronic disease, the doctor... opened Google and based on the first, highlighted article decided that I don't need that blood test done and didn't give me the referral🤦‍♀️ Never again.

Medical receptionist was immensely kind, considerate and helpful. Unable to attend the clinic in person, a phone consult was required. Unfortunately all phone consult appointments with present GPs were fully booked. Medical receptionist personally consulted another GP who’s shift was starting later in the day and would advise if a phone consult could be scheduled. Thankfully the GP kindly accepted. We visited Rudloc Medical due to our 3 year old son being unwell. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr Farooq was efficient and had amazing bedside manner when dealing with a toddler and can't fault our visit with him. Highly recommend.

I got an appointment at 1120, I saw the GP at 1230 after last patient before me was booked for 1130, so why we get an appointment? Visit duration even not 10 minutes, I asked for ultrasound referral for my daughter as hospital requested, I told him to send by email pr bring in person and he said I need to book another appointment for that. very disappointed how they treat people in this practice!
