Fantastic experience all the way through. Massage therapists made us at ease and helped us feel comfortable. Highly skilled, knew which points to hit and how far to push limits without going over. Strongly recommend for any muscular strains, problems and issues.

Had an amazing experience with Blake. Best massage I ever got. He managed to get rid off all the tension, I felt very relaxed after. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had also a great experience with Ailsa previously, highly recommend Rub massage.

Massaged by Josh, was Incredible. He’s the only one to really shift the knots in my shoulders. Really Listened and tailored his approach to my issues. Capable of intense pressure and always in the right location. I’m sure he could do less pressure obviously but that’s not what I’m looking for. I need the rap and he delivered in spades. My wife was very happy as well. Good work!

Rodrigo is excellent at Remedial massage. He knows his way around deep connective tissue. I had both my hips replaced 4 months ago and am only 46. I’m very active and don’t get much chance to rest and recover. Rodrigo managed to get into my fascia and my psoas and has made a huge difference. In only 1 hour. I will be going regularly now to assist my recovery. The only negative is the noise from the trainers and clients in the adjoining room.
