Sam was very accommodating and knowledgeable! This was the very first shop we started browsing and ended up with a hallway runner and lounge rug. Exchanging runner to longer size was no hassle and the lounge rug was immediately transferred the next day as we were unsure of desired size before measuring. Thank you for your great service 😊
Big thanks to Sam at the Kawana store. He is very knowledgable about the vast stock on offer and helped us choose three great rugs to suit our new home. The quality of the carpets is wonderful and they make a beautiful addition to our home. We took 3 attempts to find the right rugs that were the right size , colours and thickness for the area we wanted them and were very pleased with the service we received. We will definitely shop here again.

Addely disgusted with this company! I bought my carpet on 24 February 2022 and when I got home I noticed the carpet was unsuitable for my tiles, it would slide as soon as you stood on it, causing it be a hazard. I called up and requested a refund and I was rudely told no refunds even after explaining the situation of the carpet. I was told there are plenty of carpets that aren’t suitable for tiles and that it’s normal and they didn’t have to make me aware of this before purchasing. Great selection of rugs. They even allowed me to take two rugs next door to a pop up outdoor furniture shop to make sure my rug suited the outdoor furniture I was buying.....Thank you. 👍
