We as a family travel all the way from Westmead to see knowledgeable and empathetic Doctor Praveen. Hope this is self explanatory review. Also imaging and laboratory staff are highly skilled and efficient. I always had positive experience with less waiting times. I am really thankful to your doctor, staff for helping to get through my pre and post surgeries hurdles.
Dr Praveen thoroughly consulted my young son this afternoon with kindness and patience. He listened to my wife's concerns and didn't just speak to her but also spoke to our son which made him feel comfortable. Wait time was minimum and the male reception staff who was on at the time was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
Always feel very looked after, after seeing my doctor here. In general this is a brilliant practice offering many different services in one place. So convenient and most important my doctor is the best! My usual doctor is Dr Nasser who is superb. Today she was unavailable and I saw Dr Zaheer who did not let me down. Both doctors are simply wonderful!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The service from this medical centre is horrible. I have had an appointment for Telehealth booked and it has been 3+ hours and the doctor has still not called or notified me on any delays. It begs the question, why bother allowing patients to book an appointment if you cannot honour it? After calling the reception and being on hold for several hours and requesting call backs, I was told that my doctor will call very soon as she has scheduled herself for a Telehealth call now. Had a really good experience after needing to urgently see a doctor after getting out of hospital eoth 4 broken ribs and other injuries. My doctor being closed until Tuesday after the long weekend. Got a next day appointment and was promptly and thoroughly seen, i forgot the lovely gentleman's name but he was very thoughtful and thorough of my concerns. Great experience!
