It’s quite a poorly organised clinic. If you come here, be prepared to wait at least two hours past your scheduled appointment. The reception staff are misleading – they assure you the doctor is on time, but in reality they just want you to come in and wait. Most of the receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful (with the exception of one polite gentleman), and they take no responsibility for the delays or the poor experience.
Going to see a doctor is always a trying time, but not at Rouse Hill Town Medical Centre . I made an appointment with my doctor with in 2 days. She suggested that I have a scan done, which was booked in for the next day and also a blood test. Theses were all done on the same floor and building. Very convenient for me and all so very easy.
Doctors are great. Dr. Fahma ahmed is our THE family doctor. She is awesome. But the wait time is too much. We came for the appointment at 12 and left at 2. It would be really beneficial for the patient if this appointment booking is properly managed. Time is precious for everyone.
My appointment was scheduled for 11.30 and didn’t get to see Doctor until 12.25pm. I was advised on arrival that it would be a 30 minute wait as there was 3 people in front of me. I understand that people may run late, however I would suggest that the appointment times cover a to 15-20 minute consultation (not 10 minute intervals) to avoid having to sit there for almost an hour! Was very disappointed on the wait time as I then had to cancel another appointment as I would not have made it in time.
What a beautiful Dr I have. Dr Flora is so incredibly patient and caring. I trust her 100%. And feel so blessed to have such a great doctor.
