Great care from all the doctors. Sometimes there are decent waits but it is worth it, especially for your preferred doctor. Appointments are taken but they do take walk-ins before 4pm on weekdays. After 4pm on weekdays, on weekends and on public holidays, they only take appointments. It is quicker to walk in than to join the phone queue with phone queues often being very long (I gave up after waiting more than 1.5 hours on the phone).

Reception lady was great and helpful. Just one comment on booking. I booked for 9:20am and arrived 10 minutes prior, but still get called 9:42am. I thought booking was essential but was not followed.

Not happy with this Dr Ambreena Fatima’s service. She was extremely rude and told me that wanted to cancel the consult as I was 8minutes late. She gave us attitude the whole time during the consult and refused to take an earring out which was causing me a lot of pain. She even also refused to provide me information about my child's blood results stating that I need to book in another consult to speak to her about it. Doctors are always late, they will walk around and make coffee and doodle 10 even 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time while you watch them thinking what are you doing? God forbid you’re late though, of course trying your best to be on time you’ll be charged a late fee or even have your appointment cancelled. No wonder why they have laminated posters on the wall saying zero tolerance to angry customers, all a joke.

The worst receptionist, a lady with curly hair there who sits sarcastic and unapologetic. A booked appointment is not valued at this centre, don't bother booking an appointment you will still wait 1 hour+ after your appointed time. People schedule time during work hours as weekends are $80+ with bulk billing only to deal with poor receptionist service and long delays.
