I give 5 stars to Dr Fahma Amed who is such a kind and caring Doctor who really takes the time to listen to her patients. She is empathetic and lovely to talk to. Unfortunately the wait at the rooms is always extra long, noisy and chaotic. You often have to wait up to an hour to be seen. So I give a 3 to the waiting experience as a whole. But I will go back because Dr Ahmed makes it all worthwhile

I attended the clinic this morning with severe rib, chest, shoulder and back pain after a fall, with extensive bruising and difficulty taking a deep breath. These are recognised red-flag symptoms that require proper triage. I had visible, extensive bruising across my back and ribs consistent with significant trauma, in addition to chest pain and difficulty breathing. I have been using this practice for around 9 years. Yes, there has always been a wait, and I’ve never complained because I understand that medical clinics can run behind. However, my experience last week was so disappointing that I have now changed practices permanently. My appointment was booked for 2:00pm. The waiting room was not busy , there were about 8–9 people waiting for multiple doctors, and patients were coming and going steadily. I recently visited this clinic for treatment of an epidermoid cyst, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The doctor Nazmul Hossan was exceptionally professional, calm, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and handled the procedure with great skill and confidence. I need to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this practice. After being a patient of this practice for over 15 years and a patient of Dr. Bashir for more than 12 years, I was so upset and disappointed to learn of his departure.
