Dr. Fahma and all the staff are truly wonderful—professional, caring, and attentive. While there can be a bit of a long wait at times, it’s understandable given the high volume of patients they accommodate. The clinic essentially serves as a one-stop shop for a wide range of medical needs, which is incredibly convenient. Just be sure to allocate extra time for your visit, as waiting is sometimes unavoidable. It was an excellent experience. It was first time we visited this clinic since we moved in this area. We did not know any doctor. The receptionist greeted us nicely and helped us find doctor who could see us urgently and do our medical fitness report for my D/L. Doctor was very kind and filled up all the reqired information in the form and did the mandatory tests and found him very helpful and he sent all the papers to the Service Canada on line as today was the due date. My mother in law is a diabetic patient and wanted some urgent examination by an experienced doctor. I had been taking her to some other gps but the problem was persisting. I was then given a reference of Dr. Devineni. He is very good. He patiently examined my mil and satisfied her fully. We are in the process of diagnosing the main cause of my mil’s illness but at least he gives a comprehensive explanation of what might be going on with a patient. The doctors are reasonable but the clinic management is very poor. I was expecting a call from my doctor on Friday. It is now Thursday with no call. I called the clinic, they booked me a telehalth appointment at 11:50am. It is now 12:56pm and I called the clinic back. On hold for 30 minutes just to be told that the doctor said she will call me IF and WHEN she can. I then found out from reception that apparently their teleheath appointments don't count as 'actual' appointments and the doctors try and call in between patients.... read more
I recommend NOT coming here. Used to be a good centre but it appears that change of management affected patient care. You can tell how the company manage and train (or lack of) their staff because it reflects on staff engagement with patients. You can tell they are not happy. So the experience is not great.
