It is always reassuring and very satisfying to have a consult with Dr Flora Abril-Basobas. She always explains in detail what would be the probable cause of the ailment/s that is the cause of my visit. And she is fully aware of what other illnesses I’ve got so when she prescribes medication for me she fully explains why she would only give me a certain dosage so as not to burden my kidneys a lot. I have been coming to Rouse Hill Town Medical Centre to see Dr Devineni for more than 10 years. The centre has improved a lot over the years. Dr Devineni is one in a million. He is professional, genuinely caring and trustworthy always taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I always feel supported and reassured after each appointment. His knowledge, attention to detail and compassion make a real difference and I am truly grateful to be under his care.
Always feel very looked after, after seeing my doctor here. In general this is a brilliant practice offering many different services in one place. So convenient and most important my doctor is the best! My usual doctor is Dr Nasser who is superb. Today she was unavailable and I saw Dr Zaheer who did not let me down. Both doctors are simply wonderful!
Dr. Vidhi is an exceptional physiotherapist. From the moment I walked into her treatment room, she took a genuine interest in my condition and made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and expertise were clear throughout the session, and I noticed an immediate improvement after the treatment. She truly cares about her patients and their recovery. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I attended the clinic this morning with severe rib, chest, shoulder and back pain after a fall, with extensive bruising and difficulty taking a deep breath. These are recognised red-flag symptoms that require proper triage. I had visible, extensive bruising across my back and ribs consistent with significant trauma, in addition to chest pain and difficulty breathing.
