I have been using this practice for around 9 years. Yes, there has always been a wait, and I’ve never complained because I understand that medical clinics can run behind. However, my experience last week was so disappointing that I have now changed practices permanently. My appointment was booked for 2:00pm. The waiting room was not busy , there were about 8–9 people waiting for multiple doctors, and patients were coming and going steadily. Always feel very looked after, after seeing my doctor here. In general this is a brilliant practice offering many different services in one place. So convenient and most important my doctor is the best! My usual doctor is Dr Nasser who is superb. Today she was unavailable and I saw Dr Zaheer who did not let me down. Both doctors are simply wonderful!
Dr Praveen Devineni at the Rouse Hill Town Medical Centre is an exceptional GP. Our family has been seeing him for more than nine years, and he has always been kind, compassionate, and thorough in explaining our health concerns. He is wonderful with children, and it’s refreshing to have a doctor who is genuinely empathetic and never dismissive. The medical centre itself is very well run, and booking appointments is always smooth and easy.
We as a family travel all the way from Westmead to see knowledgeable and empathetic Doctor Praveen. Hope this is self explanatory review. Also imaging and laboratory staff are highly skilled and efficient. I always had positive experience with less waiting times. I am really thankful to your doctor, staff for helping to get through my pre and post surgeries hurdles.
Dr Praveen thoroughly consulted my young son this afternoon with kindness and patience. He listened to my wife's concerns and didn't just speak to her but also spoke to our son which made him feel comfortable. Wait time was minimum and the male reception staff who was on at the time was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
