It’s quite a poorly organised clinic. If you come here, be prepared to wait at least two hours past your scheduled appointment. The reception staff are misleading – they assure you the doctor is on time, but in reality they just want you to come in and wait. Most of the receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful (with the exception of one polite gentleman), and they take no responsibility for the delays or the poor experience.
Going to see a doctor is always a trying time, but not at Rouse Hill Town Medical Centre . I made an appointment with my doctor with in 2 days. She suggested that I have a scan done, which was booked in for the next day and also a blood test. Theses were all done on the same floor and building. Very convenient for me and all so very easy.
My appointment was scheduled for 11.30 and didn’t get to see Doctor until 12.25pm. I was advised on arrival that it would be a 30 minute wait as there was 3 people in front of me. I understand that people may run late, however I would suggest that the appointment times cover a to 15-20 minute consultation (not 10 minute intervals) to avoid having to sit there for almost an hour! Was very disappointed on the wait time as I then had to cancel another appointment as I would not have made it in time.
Still a busy doctors practice. Better now you have to make an appointment. I still had to wait which is fine. Dr & staff helpful & friendly
Dr. Jihan Nitu is the best. She is very experienced and professional. Her passion for her patients is extraordinary. She has been a savior for my family since I moved to this area. In fact, she doesn't need a Google review. Her regular patients wouldn't go to any other doctor. I recommend her any day, anytime. Wish her all the best.
