We rented through Raine and Horne upper Coomera BIGGEST MISTAKE. Long post ahead ..... for 12 months we were paying $680.00 p/w rent. Note : legally : we have proof of the following - we did not receive one breach. - we paid our rent and water bill in full. - we were clean tidy tenants who received our bond back in full at the end of the tenancy . - we rectified any issues raised by the agency immediately ( even if some were not our fault or were there before we entered the property). Debbie Donaldson did such a good job of selling our Coomera property. She dealt with our existing tenant and made everything so clear to both them as tenant and us as owners and achieved the price that she said it would bring . We lost another property with her because we were so happy . But since she has been sick everything has come to stand still . If you are sick Debbie please get better. We need you back . Thanks John
