Okay the Urgent Care is really good. Lovely nurses, very efficient. The 1 star is for The Doctor Who Needs To Retire. Do NOT see Dr S Resvani. She is rude, abrupt and the most useless doctor you will ever meet. She is nothing but an overpaid referral service who offers zero advice, asks zero questions other than “What do you want?” She never checks test results or scan results and she does not listen. Dr. David Barcik is a fantastic GP! Our toddler, Willow, is very playful and high-energy, but he was so patient and incredibly thorough throughout her entire check-up. He checked every little thing, making sure she was 100% okay before we left. It’s such a relief to have a GP who truly takes his time and cares. We couldn’t ask for better care for Willow!
I’ve been seeing a new doctor here; Dr. Lih Kai Lau, and he has been an absolute delight. Incredibly patient, never makes me feel rushed. Attentive, polite, welcoming nature with positive energy everytime I book an appointment to see him. He also does bulk-billing. Would highly recommend. :)
Went to RMC a few months ago with bad dizzyness and feeling faint like quite often. I got some tests done and found out I have rather low blood pressure. (Been told this multiple times but don't r some reason never connected the two) I explained to the dr that I needed something for it as I'm a furniture removalist and can't be passing out on the job. Their doctors here gave me a referral for a 13 week ultrasound and bloods at the same clinic, went to book in and was told “we don’t do that type of ultrasound” then why did I get requested to go there?? I ended up missing out on getting both done because I couldn’t book in time for anywhere else. Then today I walked in to get my GTT tests done and was told “there’s no doctors name on the referral so we’re not doing it” there was a signature but no name and they proceeded to tell me to go to the hospital to get it done becau... read more
