Dr. Sangeetha Nalla Thambe is the best doctor I have ever met. She is caring, a great listener, and truly understanding. I feel completely worry-free following her care for myself and my four children. She always takes the time to explain and support us with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her, especially for families with young children. Our Rockingham community is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and compassionate doctor supporting local families.
Excellent service at Rockingham Urgent Care. The team was caring, efficient, and very professional. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Couldn’t have asked for better care—thank you to the staff for making a stressful situation so much easier. A big shout out to my nurse Shayla for ho went above and beyond and made my visit a lot more enjoyable!
I was taken to the treatment room Friday morning 12th September. The staff were 'wonderful and Pam, one of the nurses, went above and beyond caring for me and putting me at ease. Thank you so much for your excellent treatment, kindness and caring. Despite more negative responses here, my experience was very positive. They really took care of me. God bless you all 😊
Review for Dr. Siti Mariam Binti Che Tam This was honestly one of the worst doctor experiences I’ve ever had. She was completely condescending and uninterested, barely listening to a word I said. Every time I tried to explain myself, she just muttered “mhm” like she couldn’t care less. Instead of helping, she made me feel small, dismissed, and horrible for even coming in. Came into Urgent care after ED said we’d be in for many hours of wait time. Was seen to about 15 minutes of arriving and cannot say enough about the service. I had gotten my ring stuck on my finger and after numerous attempts myself I decided getting it cut off was best. I unfortunately can’t remember her name but the nurse who tended to me was awesome.
