Had a Telehealth booked but never heard from the Dr, rang reception 3 times over the space of 4.5 hours and each time was told ‘yep you will be called next’, on the last time I called finally got through to the dr and was simply told ‘Telehealths get delayed sometimes’ but with no explanation given to myself about the delay. I simply booked for X-ray results and this greatly impacted my own work schedule as I was constantly waiting on the call. Next time reception should inform if the call will be delayed. Okay the Urgent Care is really good. Lovely nurses, very efficient. The 1 star is for The Doctor Who Needs To Retire. Do NOT see Dr S Resvani. She is rude, abrupt and the most useless doctor you will ever meet. She is nothing but an overpaid referral service who offers zero advice, asks zero questions other than “What do you want?” She never checks test results or scan results and she does not listen. Dr. David Barcik is a fantastic GP! Our toddler, Willow, is very playful and high-energy, but he was so patient and incredibly thorough throughout her entire check-up. He checked every little thing, making sure she was 100% okay before we left. It’s such a relief to have a GP who truly takes his time and cares. We couldn’t ask for better care for Willow!
Excellent service at Rockingham Urgent Care. The team was caring, efficient, and very professional. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Couldn’t have asked for better care—thank you to the staff for making a stressful situation so much easier. A big shout out to my nurse Shayla for ho went above and beyond and made my visit a lot more enjoyable!
The practice opens at 7:00am. I called at 7:03am and was advised I was second in the queue, yet remained on hold for over 50 minutes. This delay is unreasonable and inconsistent with acceptable patient service standards. My experiences with this practice have consistently been disappointing. Appointments are often rushed, GPs are frequently running late, and follow-up is poor.
