Dr. Sangeetha Nalla Thambe is the best doctor I have ever met. She is caring, a great listener, and truly understanding. I feel completely worry-free following her care for myself and my four children. She always takes the time to explain and support us with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her, especially for families with young children. Our Rockingham community is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and compassionate doctor supporting local families.
I was taken to the treatment room Friday morning 12th September. The staff were 'wonderful and Pam, one of the nurses, went above and beyond caring for me and putting me at ease. Thank you so much for your excellent treatment, kindness and caring. Despite more negative responses here, my experience was very positive. They really took care of me. God bless you all 😊
Excellent service at Rockingham Urgent Care. The team was caring, efficient, and very professional. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Couldn’t have asked for better care—thank you to the staff for making a stressful situation so much easier. A big shout out to my nurse Shayla for ho went above and beyond and made my visit a lot more enjoyable!
Would highly recommend going anywhere else but here.. absolute disappointment from the front desk to the doctors themselves 😔 was laughed at and belittled for trying to get an emergency surgery organised, the work ethic and duty of care here is an absolute joke. Will never waist my time here again.
Made a teleconsult appointment early this morning for 2:50 today. Called the surgery at 4:15 as I had not received the call from the GP. I was told that the Dr was off sick today and that the system should have never offered appointment times. Nobody else was able to assist this evening. Then told that the $117 prior approval fee would be refunded 'in a few days'.
