I had an appointment to see Dr.Monique yesterday but upon arrival was told Dr.Kyle was seeing me. I initially thought if I was in the correct room. Nevertheless, Dr.Kyle was amazing, informative and gave me a post-procedure overview which I highly appreciated. Perhaps changes should be communicated better. I also got a call yesterday 2 hours before my appointment if I wanted to come in earlier as they thought more time is required at the dentist. What?? Riverside Dental Clinic offers an extensive range of treatments. I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The cleanliness and professionalism is second to none. The dentist and hygienist that I have had were pain free and very thorough. The nurses delightful and receptionists also. I dealt with Nichola, her knowledge and friendliness exceptional.
