Amazing doctor. Beautiful nursing staff. Knowledgeable and helpful front reception staff. An absolute pleasure to visit and feel total confidence in our medical professionals at Riverlink Medical and Dental in Ipswich. I have been seeing Daniel Mason ( Physiotherapist) Very friendly and caring, has given me his opinion on my undiagnosed medical condition. Has considered my health a lot and reminding me not to over do it (including my exercises) Has givin me more motivation to push for some answers. He has been amazing every time. Hes Generally interested in helping his clients.
Dr Beck is such a kind and compassionate Doctor. He’s wonderful to see as he never rushes you through and you feel heard and seen. I’m relieved to have found him when I moved to Ipswich. Finding a good Doctor is the same as finding a good Hairdresser, pair of jeans and bra… invaluable!
About three or four years ago I came to a dr at this place asking to be checked for mould related health issues I was having. My entire house was covered in mould after the big Ipswich floods, from top to bottom in every room and had watermarks on the ceiling. The dr told me that is not how it works and that "we have immune systems for a reason" , and said there was nothing he could check me for. ive experienced 3rd degree burns and in pretty desperate need of fresh dressings to both my hands only to be made feel like a trash and be only sent away in even more pain and still needing clean dressings and pain relief. i was sent back up to Ipswich emergency department with a note stating will not be able to dress these burns at riverlink medical due to how severe they are. only to get to emergency with the doctors letter told by emergency departments staff they weren't a drop in medical centre and that it would be a 12h... read more
