Doctor was knowledgeable, listened and came up with a plan quickly. No problems. Was all efficient. Some patients complaining about waiting in the waiting room: it's a doctor's clinic. It's not a hair salon. People have different needs, did you ensure you only took 15 minutes of the doc's time?
I must commend Tara at reception! She goes above and beyond and helps out more than she’s probably meant too. I would never get in to se a Dr if it wasn’t for her with my busy life. She always makes it happen and is the most genuine and professional lady I’ve dealt with! So Thank you for your amazing efforts, I assure you they don’t go unnoticed!
I've been attending this clinic for many years, its certainly better now than it used to be. It seems to have been given a second life, it was always dingy and over crowded but now it seems more civilised. The emergency availability is so comforting to have so close to home. The doctors that are available are amazing and caring I have very rarely felt rushed, I choose my doctor carefully as some seem to keep you waiting way too.long . But overall this centre is getting better. A grateful patient .
Not satisfied with my consultation with Dr Subrata Mukhopadhyay. I wasted $75 for a three minute consultation with improper examination of my condition, immediately came to a conclusion with antibiotics taken four times a day. I’ve had better experiences with other doctors who do empathise and take the time to diagnose. It’s obvious that this doctor only does it for the money. Recommend avoiding this doctor. Waste of time and money.
The Doctors are fantastic at Riverlink Medical Center! I would especially like to recommend both Dr Beattie and Dr Beck. The online booking is also very convenient. However, making verbal contact with a receptionist is nigh impossible! Very frustrating!
