I was sick since last night but I only book for my son. But the lady at front organise for me after I told her my situation and she is very nice and professional. Very good staff and service. The lady at reception this morning is lovely and efficient. And the doctor is very patient too.
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the complete incompetence of the staff. I have been waiting for extremely important test results for over a week — results that directly concern the health and wellbeing of my unborn baby. The pathology clinic confirmed they sent the results on July 15, and the ultrasound clinic also confirmed they sent theirs last week. The doctors and physio are amazing. The receptionists are the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and have the personality of wet sand paper. They don't know which doctors are medicare covered or not and are unaware for recent heath care changes and when you question it, they are extremely rude and don't even bother checking. It is like its their personal mission to make you pay more than what you should. It makes me dread going back.
Dr Beck has a beautiful welcoming office with plants, a heater and is very helpful for LGBT community health. He is keen to help wherever he can. I find him to be a really nice person. Definitely will be back for my transgender needs. It's good to have someone in Ipswich where we can feel safe and looked after with understanding and an office that is welcoming. LGBTQ+ logo and flags everywhere so you know your safe. Thanks Dr Beck and team.
My partner and I have been at Riverlink medical practice for years. During our time here, Tara and Penny, along with the amazing team of doctors and the lovely nurses in the treatment room. Have been an absolute blessing during each visit. Whether I was healing from my various surgeries to my partners cancer journey.
