My partner and I have been at Riverlink medical practice for years. During our time here, Tara and Penny, along with the amazing team of doctors and the lovely nurses in the treatment room. I am a regular patient of Dr Ben, I am more often than not greeted by the lovely receptionist Penny! She always has a welcoming smile on her face she is an absolute delight to deal with. Dr Ben is fantastic as well.

Was on the phone to your centre to get an appointment. And even though you were fully booked Tara was amazing on the phone. I also popped in later that day to check if there was any opened appointments and penny was lovely to talk to and very helpful

Awesome doctors here, I’ve been through many doctors and feel these days doctors don’t listen to you, but these doctors give awesome care. Like they genuinely care. Also the receptionist team is always lovely and welcoming . If you need a doctor come here you won’t be disappointed

I’ve been to this GP and the urgent care clinic several times as a patient and with family members and each time has been a positive experience, there is a play area for the children and the times that I’ve been to the urgent care I have been seen promptly. The receptionist are polite and efficient, and there is ample seating area. All of the doctors who I have interacted with were professional, kind and efficient.
