Amazing doctor. Beautiful nursing staff. Knowledgeable and helpful front reception staff. An absolute pleasure to visit and feel total confidence in our medical professionals at Riverlink Medical and Dental in Ipswich. My husband and I travel regularly from Nanango to see Dr Chong and we have 100 percent confidence in him. Great doctor and a lovely human being. 😊
I have been seeing Daniel Mason ( Physiotherapist) Very friendly and caring, has given me his opinion on my undiagnosed medical condition. Has considered my health a lot and reminding me not to over do it (including my exercises) Has givin me more motivation to push for some answers. He has been amazing every time. Hes Generally interested in helping his clients.
Dr Beck is such a kind and compassionate Doctor. He’s wonderful to see as he never rushes you through and you feel heard and seen. I’m relieved to have found him when I moved to Ipswich. Finding a good Doctor is the same as finding a good Hairdresser, pair of jeans and bra… invaluable!
I was sick since last night but I only book for my son. But the lady at front organise for me after I told her my situation and she is very nice and professional. Very good staff and service. The lady at reception this morning is lovely and efficient. And the doctor is very patient too.
Everything and everyone was greatly, except I feel the doctor didn't listen enough to my issue, and was too quick to dismiss that it could be more serious. When u have a lump in your mouth for 3 years then out of nowhere three more pop-up, 3 years later, it should probably have a more thorough examination, considering it's recommended to get checked of the lumps don't go away after 2 weeks, it's been 3 years and now they're spreading, even if not cancerous, can be detrimental on the rest of my teeth.
