Amazing doctor. Beautiful nursing staff. Knowledgeable and helpful front reception staff. An absolute pleasure to visit and feel total confidence in our medical professionals at Riverlink Medical and Dental in Ipswich. My husband and I travel regularly from Nanango to see Dr Chong and we have 100 percent confidence in him. Great doctor and a lovely human being. 😊
ive experienced 3rd degree burns and in pretty desperate need of fresh dressings to both my hands only to be made feel like a trash and be only sent away in even more pain and still needing clean dressings and pain relief. i was sent back up to Ipswich emergency department with a note stating will not be able to dress these burns at riverlink medical due to how severe they are. only to get to emergency with the doctors letter told by emergency departments staff they weren't a drop in medical centre and that it would be a 12h... read more
I was sick since last night but I only book for my son. But the lady at front organise for me after I told her my situation and she is very nice and professional. Very good staff and service. The lady at reception this morning is lovely and efficient. And the doctor is very patient too.
The staff were friendly and were able to assist me with an appointment within half an hour. I found the Doctor to be great too. Overall a very good experience.
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the complete incompetence of the staff. I have been waiting for extremely important test results for over a week — results that directly concern the health and wellbeing of my unborn baby. The pathology clinic confirmed they sent the results on July 15, and the ultrasound clinic also confirmed they sent theirs last week.
