The admin, nursing staff were absolutely beautiful and I’ve enjoyed going there for quite a while. My doctor left and I have a new one there from Ireland. I am dissatisfied with the treatment I get, removing medication, neglecting to stay on top of my medical problems or ignoring them, holding off on prescribing meds like pain killers for fractures and antibiotics for cellulitis lesions. I understand that things can be delayed but it's very ablest to tell patients not just myself but any who book an appointment for an certain time that the doctor is well known for being very delayed (1hr 2hr +) as a reson for why your still waiting yet us as clients get informed when booking an appointment that if they are late they will get a $50 cancellation fee. For the patient's there is zero compensation or accountability if your left waiting without update for extened time for a doctor and just told "its just how that ... read more
Dr Beck is the most compassionate, caring, trustworthy doctor I have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his patients, is easy to talk to and completely non judgmental. I consider it a privilege to call him my doctor :)
About a week ago I contacted the clinic as a new patient to book in for a specific medical treatment; however, when I attended my appointment I was informed by the doctor that they don’t provide that treatment, and unfortunately have no one in the clinic who is presently able to. Nonetheless, Dr Beattie was excellent and informative and able to give me a referral to another clinic that will be able to assist me, but it’s very frustrating to be booked in by admin staff for a procedure the doctor doesn’t even provide.
Amazing doctor. Beautiful nursing staff. Knowledgeable and helpful front reception staff. An absolute pleasure to visit and feel total confidence in our medical professionals at Riverlink Medical and Dental in Ipswich. My husband and I travel regularly from Nanango to see Dr Chong and we have 100 percent confidence in him. Great doctor and a lovely human being. 😊
