Rather than a quick assessment, he provided a clear step-by-step treatment and rehabilitation plan, which gave me confidence in the recovery process. I saw Jesse at Richmond Rehab and had a really solid experience. His welcoming and easygoing nature made our sessions feel comfortable from the from the beginning. He walked me through movements step by step and explains things clearly — not just what to do, but what we were trying to get out of it. It makes the whole process feel smooth. If you want someone knowledgeable who keeps things relaxed and easy to follow, Jesse’s the guy.

Luke has treated me for over 10 years, always focusing on long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes. He takes the time to understand my needs and tailor each treatment, and the follow-up home exercise videos are very helpful. The clinic is welcoming, well-organised, and runs smoothly. Highly recommend Luke and his team at Richmond Rehab! Luke has helped me work through a lot of issues after a car accident in 2024, and I still continue to see him weekly for physio Pilates. I’ve been going to Richmond Rehab since it opened and over the years have seen Luke, Jesse, Julius and Nathan. Not only are they all highly capable and amazing at what they do, but they are all wonderful people. It feels like a family, the place has such a positive, professional culture and they really tailor their approach to the individual. I always have a laugh and feel welcomed and walk out feeling better physically and emotionally because the place just has such a positive feel about it.
