I’ve been going to Richmond Rehab since it opened and over the years have seen Luke, Jesse, Julius and Nathan. Not only are they all highly capable and amazing at what they do, but they are all wonderful people. It feels like a family, the place has such a positive, professional culture and they really tailor their approach to the individual. I always have a laugh and feel welcomed and walk out feeling better physically and emotionally because the place just has such a positive feel about it.
Highly recommend Luke and his team at Richmond Rehab! Luke has helped me work through a lot of issues after a car accident in 2024, and I still continue to see him weekly for physio Pilates. Clients are always welcomed with a smile, and Luke goes above and beyond to make sure you leave each session feeling better than when you walked in. Thanks for all of the help!
I’m usually not one to wrote a bad review but I cannot get past what I have just experienced. I was seeing Ahmed for my ankle injury and everything was going great, until he proceeded to wrap my ankle up in medical tape when I explicitly said I have an adhesive/latex allergy. I understand you may have not had hypoallergic tape on-site (which is a problem in itself) but take your client’s advice seriously. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning here again
The staff are so friendly and just amazing. They really focus on not only helping you but educating you on the cause of your pain and how you can strengthen muscles and use exercises to alleviate the pain. I would highly recommend a visit to Richmond Rehab if you are in pain they are truly amazing 🤩
I had a great experience here. Luke took the time to really understand what was causing my discomfort before starting any treatment. Explained things clearly, worked through the problem with care, and gave me practical exercises to help my recovery. I felt well looked after throughout and left feeling confident about the next steps.
