⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Jesse at Richmond Rehab. He was extremely knowledgeable about my shoulder injury and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on. Rather than a quick assessment, he provided a clear step-by-step treatment and rehabilitation plan, which gave me confidence in the recovery process. I saw Jesse at Richmond Rehab and had a really solid experience. His welcoming and easygoing nature made our sessions feel comfortable from the from the beginning. He walked me through movements step by step and explains things clearly — not just what to do, but what we were trying to get out of it. It makes the whole process feel smooth. If you want someone knowledgeable who keeps things relaxed and easy to follow, Jesse’s the guy.

Richmond Rehab has been my go-to physiotherapy clinic for many years. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Luke has treated me for over 10 years, always focusing on long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes. He takes the time to understand my needs and tailor each treatment, and the follow-up home exercise videos are very helpful. The clinic is welcoming, well-organised, and runs smoothly. It has made a real difference to my mobility and overall quality of life. Five stars. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Richmond Rehab since it opened and over the years have seen Luke, Jesse, Julius and Nathan. Not only are they all highly capable and amazing at what they do, but they are all wonderful people. It feels like a family, the place has such a positive, professional culture and they really tailor their approach to the individual. I always have a laugh and feel welcomed and walk out feeling better physically and emotionally because the place just has such a positive feel about it.

I saw Luke for a traumatic knee injury. He approached it with an attitude of conservative management, encouraging me to build strength, stability and mobility, to recover as much functionality as possible. He didn't pander and create a lifelong knee patient, but I also wasn't pushed past what was comfortable. The app was convenient to use, and appointments flexible to schedule. And I got good amounts of sympathy when I needed a little cry.
