The senior property manager Nicole Leechburch Auwers was the far most the worst property manager I ever experienced as a tenant. She never replies back to the emails and avoids phone calls. She tried to charge final rent with raised weekly rate when she did not give us 60 days of notice as per periodic contract. She realised this after sending 3 separate emails. Nicole also provided her "preffered cleaner" for the moving out clean who never provided an invoice. Nicole wouldn't initiate rental bond refund for more than 4 week... read more
R&W SOLD MY HOUSE. Evdon Brentham sold my property within 2 weeks of listing it, I was inspired to use Evdon as my agent as he had many record sales in the suburb I lived in.
