I have been working with the team at Restore since my breast cancer diagnosis - what an amazing team! I have found my tribe, both with the team and those affected by cancer - people who understand what I am going through. I do the exercise classes twice a week, as well as mat Pilates, massages / laser treatment, and working with the lovely oncology psychologist. Restore Oncology is my one stop shop for cancer and post cancer treatment - I highly recommend.

Lauren was great went through what exercises she set for me to do and massaged my back to loosen it up which helped me .
