Excellent service. We had a terrible experience with a company that covers all trades including plumbing. This experience was heaps better, no ‘safety inspections’ or trying to add work to the original job and trying to charge for something you had declined. I would recommend Rennick in a heartbeat, he came, assessed and completed the job when he had the part all in a timely fashion and friendly to boot. In fact I have already given their name to family and friends.
Tim and his team were great. They were professional, clean, punctual and did great work. Will be engaging again for all future plumbing work.
After being stood up by another plumber, I called Tim and two hours later his team was on site and did a great job. Very professional, responsive and friendly team. Highly recommend.
Our hot water tank ruptured and Tim was able to come that day and organise a replacement the next day. Fast, fantastic, friendly service, would definitely recommend and use again.
Not only did they fix the main problem but managed to find several other minor repairs that needed attention on our rental. Good value when the Tennants don't bring things to your attention until it is too late.
