Tim, Lachie and the team are professional, punctual, efficient and exceptionally experienced. They not only care to do the job right from start to finish, but to communicate and explain what needs to be done and why. On top of that, they are transparent and ethical about their work. It’s rare to find such reliable and trustworthy service these days, but we are definitely grateful to have found them, and couldn’t recommend them enough!
Great experience from start to finish, I had an underground leak and Tim was able to send Lachie over on the same day to check. Arranged a new day to reroute the mains water pipe to bypass the leak location a few days later, happy with the result. Lachie was friendly and explained all the works required clearly, and Tim was very good and quick to respond to my queries, even did a follow-up visit to make sure no more leaking. Thanks!
