Very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had a deeply disappointing experience with agent Simon Gray from Rendina Real Estate, Kensington, regarding the private sale of a property on Gordon Street. I arrived for a property inspection today just 3 minutes late, after leaving a message letting the agent know I was running about 2 minutes behind. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the agent refused to show the property and asked me to come back next week instead. I understand punctuality is important, but I believe a small delay like 3 minutes deserves a bit of understanding and compassion. I recently completed renovations after my last tenant moved out and PJ was able to secure me a great new tenant as soon as my reno was completed (the next day!) from Rendina’s existing database saving me $$$ on rental advertising costs, photography, and further lost weeks rent during a rental campaign.
