Great experience at Regen Health. Chris is knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The gym facilities are excellent, and the ice bath and sauna were a great addition that really helped with recovery. Highly recommend.
I have recently started seeing Chris at Regen Health with some aches and pains after introducing more running into my weekly rotation after signing up to a Half Marathon. Turns out running is complicated!! I highly recommend Chris and the facilities at Regen Health. Chris is extremely knowledgable and he was able to diagnose me, eliminate a lot of the pain I was experiencing in the first session and put a plan in place very efficiently. He was detailed and took the time to explain the why and the causes of my pain. Absolutely incredible space! Wonderful convenience to be able to have the clinic and gym together. Chris is very professional and provides quality treatment plans tailored to each of his clients. He is currently helping me get stronger for running and I can't recommend him enough. He will always go above and beyond to assist you with anything that you need and will have a smile on his face whilst he does it!
Excellent physio! I am recommending to all my mates! I haven’t been able to get rid of the pain in my hips for months and have been to a couple physios already. Chris did this in a session. Incredible!!! Signed up to their recovery centre as well. I now use the compression boots and sauna all the time! I highly recommend!!
