Chris is a great guy and really knows his stuff. Had a few niggles and every time I have seen him he’s always got me back on track with the right plan! I pulled my back when I was squatting and the issue was actually something which stemmed from the hip which Chris explained. Within a few sessions I was lifting and training feeling like brand new. Would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great physio and not only that it’s like a personal training centre. Thanks Chris!
