Rebecca Doig is one of the most professional caring and competent dentist I have seen whilst living here in Australia. She like myself is from the UK so knows exactly what to do when it comes to looking after your dental requirements. My son has had braces fitted at this practice, Dr Louis Ding is absolutely amazing, so professional, kind and knowledgeable. He is great with children and so patient. This has now become our family dentist. The dental assistants and front desk staff are just as amazing and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Louis Ding for all your dental needs.
As a dental phobic patient finding Dr Louis Ding at refresh Dental Cleveland was a huge relief. Dr Ding is patient and always makes me feel at ease especially when I get anxious. Dr Ding does not rush through the consultation or dental work and only starts when he is comfortable that I am prepared for the procedure. Staff are very friendly and comforting and the dental assistants help you to stay relaxed during the whole procedure.
The staff are lovely both on the phone and in person. Dr Dineeth is great with our 3 kids (and the rest of our family). On the odd emergency when he is not available, the other dentists have been equally as friendly, professional and competent. We feel very looked after by Refresh smiles.
From the very first day I walked into Refresh Smiles Dental surgery I met Dr Luis Ding and he assured me he would look after me and he has taken such good care of my dental needs ever since. On occasions I have needed visits at short notice and they have always accommodated me. Dr Ding is so meticulous about cleaning my teeth, and I have also had implants done. The staff couldn't be more friendly, and his assistants are very professional. If you are looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend them highly enough.😊
