As a dental phobic patient finding Dr Louis Ding at refresh Dental Cleveland was a huge relief. Dr Ding is patient and always makes me feel at ease especially when I get anxious. Dr Ding does not rush through the consultation or dental work and only starts when he is comfortable that I am prepared for the procedure. Staff are very friendly and comforting and the dental assistants help you to stay relaxed during the whole procedure.
From the very first day I walked into Refresh Smiles Dental surgery I met Dr Luis Ding and he assured me he would look after me and he has taken such good care of my dental needs ever since. On occasions I have needed visits at short notice and they have always accommodated me. Dr Ding is so meticulous about cleaning my teeth, and I have also had implants done. The staff couldn't be more friendly, and his assistants are very professional. If you are looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend them highly enough.😊
The staff here always greet me with a smile. Rebecca is always kind and encouraging with a very delicate touch. Hands down the best dentist and dentist’s office in the local area. As someone who shopped around for a dentist, You’d be hard pressed to find someone who beats their expertise.
First appointment here and Dr Doig completed a really thorough and professional review of my teeth. A plan has been worked out to deal with some dental issues that I knew needed attention. I was very impressed with the service and the friendliness of the whole team.
My visits to Refresh Dental have always been 10/10, the frontline staff always have a smile on their face, polite and friendly. The phone calls are always polite. My dentist (am I allowed to say the name) Dr R is always polite, informative, helpful and gives advise that allows me to make an informative decision whether I should proceed or not! Thank you team !!!
