This was my first visit to Refresh Smiles Dental and I was extremely pleased with Dr Dineeth's manner and approach. I felt that he was very thorough and explained the X-rays and photos very clearly. I also appreciated that he didn't try to upsell expensive treatments but talked about future monitoring of potential problems. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I can truly say I can't remember ever reviewing a dentist. As such this is so worth the time. I have been under the care of Dr Louis and his team at Refresh Smiles for the past 5 years. The staff are amazing they are friendly and so professional and very personable. Dr Louis is such a genuine man and never pushes you into any treatment. We are on the second stage of my implant. Exceptional service from the entire team at Refresh Smiles Dental. I had 3 crowns, deep clean, 2 non contact teeth removed & restoration of my old existing fillings, a full fresh start for my teeth. The team were able to ‘block day’ some of my appointments to complete a large amount of work to suit my availability and took amazing care of me throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend the service I received here, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the minute I walked in the door they made me feel welcome, and relaxed - which is not a small feat as I am terrified of dentists!! They even called me the following day to see how I was going. Dr Louis and the team at refresh smiles are the best of the best. Always fit any one us in when needed and a positive experience every time. Our daughter also had braces fitted with no issues at all. An incredibly positive experience. Thank you!
