Went in for a part and honestly i know nothing about plumbing. I thought i had gotten the wrong sized part. But the man there not only confirmed i had the rights size but explained how to replace it on the pipe. He said i may need a bucket full of curse words but thanks to his advice i didnt curse once! Really appreciate the advice and will be going there for all my plumbing needs.
Really helpful guy that served us, pointed us in the right direction for what we needed, as they didn't stock what we were after.
Helpful and friendly guy who goes out of his way,i wanted a few parts for a old out of date unit and was only able to get two parts so was given a idea that GT industrial might help, they did have one that got me out of trouble Thank you Ian we need more people like you 🙂
