Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of products. In particular, a customer service rep, Frances, has always gone over and beyond for service during purchases and after sales care, too. Thanks! :)

I don't normally write reviews, but today's experience with Stuart in the showroom was so impressive that here I am. I visited the store with some clear objectives in mind and Stuart ran through the options with knowledge, professionalism and speed. I walked away with a full schedule all priced and now have confidence I can buy most my items from Reece in just one order.

We attended at Bathroom Life, Richmond, the other day to get some ideas for some future projects. We were approached by one of their Retail Consultants Gabrielle and she was absolutely fantastic. Not happy with the service I received from stuart. I didn't feel welcome as a customer. He made me feel as if he just couldn't wait to get me out of the shop. When my toddler pushed an ottoman across the floor stuart couldn't help himself and even rolled his eyes. I was told my quote would be sent on Tuesday however still hasn't arrived by Wednesday evening. I really wanted to buy my taps from this place and now I feel like I may have to go someplace else.

Ensure you don't change your mind on a product once you have proceeded with an order. Reece Bathroom Life do not accept cancellations even when you've not seen your product, or you have not paid your invoice in full! I was told I could have my product re-shelved for 30% of the price ($200+), or try my luck to sell it on EBay! This is absolute thievery! I was told my product after my purchase was custom painted, thus why the supplier will not accept returns. I was not warned about this on purchase, which I should have be... read more
