Admittedly, l was unsure about physio / chiropractic stuff but muscoskeletal Sam had come highly recommended by a fellow swimmer. Should not have worried - he was excellent. Bicep and shoulder reduced immensely. Didn't try and lock me into 20 visits but said he was confident we could sort this is issue in a couple of visits. 2 days later now and l made a whole session yesterday at squad. So happy. Sam Fixed my nerve pain in my hip and boulding disk, lifting some really heavy the wrong way was in pain for years finally freed from the thought of it and i had a boulding disk he fix both of these feeling alot lighter and comfortable in my own skin. 5 star 100% recommended
