Sam is a miracle worker. After 1 session he was able to do more for my hip flexor pain than months of physio had been able to do. He genuinely cares about getting results and fixing the issue not just temporary relief. Highly recommend.

Admittedly, l was unsure about physio / chiropractic stuff but muscoskeletal Sam had come highly recommended by a fellow swimmer. Should not have worried - he was excellent. Bicep and shoulder reduced immensely. Didn't try and lock me into 20 visits but said he was confident we could sort this is issue in a couple of visits. 2 days later now and l made a whole session yesterday at squad. So happy.
