Great recovery centre, especially running around the river. Compression boots after a long run followed by contrast therapy speeding up the recovery process. Definitely will be a regular visit when ever I'm in the area. Also having the ufc steaming on a Sunday is the the best! Thanks Lenny
I enjoyed 90 min package including the cold plunge, hot rock sauna and compression therapy. I walked out feeling amazing! Have since used the compression and self massage area before and after sports events. I love that it’s an all in one space for self care recovery! Highly recommended for the relaxed atmosphere and value for money.
Wow what an awesome place! There are so many facilities to help me recover from my work out or a hard days work where my body is sore. The services they offer are Cold Plunge, Sauna, Compression therapy, Red light therapy and Massage. The pricing is very competitive starting from $25 Recovering at recovery hub has made me perform at my best for my next boxing workout. Also the pain relief is amazing.
