Kristy Mitchell is amazing. She is always getting back to me in good time and acknowledges all concerns. They even email me over call as they know I am really busy with work. I would recommend to other renters.
The negative reviews are accurate. They are money hungry and incompetent. They tried to charge me an extra week’s rent ($800) when I collected the keys to attend to some additional cleaning tasks a week after I had vacated the property. I spent four hours at the property doing this cleaning but they claimed I will still in possession of the property. I can't believe the most recent review. This agency are just awful. Forget being a tenant or a landlord, don't own a house next door to one they 'manage'! Talk about rude! I'm updating this review. I'm still trying to get a fence repaired/ replaced. Do they care about their clients property? I don't think so. Don't use this mob to manage your property assets!
Terrible agency. The receptionists have not been able to assist with very basic inquiries every time I’ve called and do not have a good phone manner. I’ve left my number multiple times and requested a call back from the property manager who never called back, they failed to let me know my application was approved after I had followed it up multiple times.
