If I could give less than one star I would as I just had Puratap phone me up on behalf of this manager and I have been out of the property since February after being in the property for five years. We had an outstanding experience in renting a property through Carol Case, Senior Property Manager at Realize Properties. We attended an open inspection on Thursday and found Carol actively moving through the property and taking steps to make sure it looked at its best (giving the garden a drink etc.). She was knowledge and happy to answer our questions. We put in the application that evening, and heard back from her within 24 hours. As a Landlord I expect property managers to look after my investment as I would and Carol from Realize does exactly that! She found us brilliant tenants, keeps and eye on the home and even recommends preventative maintenance jobs when necessary (gutter cleans etc.). Carol and the whole team are worth her weight in gold, thank you guys.
