Brigid knows the market very well.. she always aimed for what she believed the area was worth producing in sales prices not what google searched. She was always keeping me up to date so we weren’t wasting time in openings as my house was tenanted at the time aswell. I trusted Brigid all the way had complete faith in her experience and ability. I’m so proud of how she had me at best interest the entire way. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Brigid is very good at doing her due diligence prior to giving an appraisal. The honest feedback she gives is realistic and not over inflated like too many agents tend to do. Brigid has sold a couple of my homes and I cannot rate her highly enough. Brigid sold one home on the first open in the country which we thought could take 5 months to sell. Amazing - highly recommended. Brigid is proactive and will liaise with potential purchases above and beyond . Love her transparency !
