Jay has been so good and prompt with responding to my queries. He has always been patient, either in email communication or face to face when he was showing me how to set up a client portal. No questions was unanswered. He is very professional and reliable.
Rented my investment property through Remax and had issues with Jay taking over the management of my property, it was problematic to say the least. Agreeing to rent delays and exorbent call out fees (+$600) without any communication which i had to follow up with the supplier to get the additional charges removed.
