I recently bought a property through Tim Davis from Ray White Sherwood and had such a great experience. He was friendly, honest and persistent. It took a lot to get the deal together but nothing was too much for Tim! Would happily work with Tim again and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!
Our rental of 4 years was through this business and we had Charlotte as our property manager. She and her staff were always very responsive and had a great communication overall. Anything that needed to be fixed was done so quickly with little bother for us. Inspections were frequent but lots of warning was given and there was no unreasonable feedback given etc. Thanks team!
Charlotte Gouverneur at Ray White Sherwood manages our rental property for us. She is such a pleasure to deal with. Charlotte is always extremely well organised and efficient. All her communication is really clear and prompt, and she always has a number of solutions and options to suggest when there are problems to be dealt with or changes to navigate.
