We were lucky enough to rent through Ray White Sherwood and have Jacqui as our manager. I have been a renter for most of my life and honestly Jacqui is the best manager I have had. She showed empathy and understood more than others that people actually live in the houses that are rented out. She was also very friendly and even helped me surprise my wife with a puppy.
