I never received the email on the increase of my rent. Anna's answer was she doesn't have time to call. Excuse me I thought that was her job. Then she uses her email even though not received as a way to get more rent due to the notice period. Final inspection total nightmare. Had professional cleaners yet she and puppet still nit picked. One of the Worst Agent I ever I met. They use emotional Inteligents and exaggerate the property price.Avoid this Realstate if you are buying the property. Unfortunately, I experienced dishonest practices with Ray White Rockdale. I made an offer, but Nicholas and Aaron insisted me to sign the contract and put the deposit.
