Christopher and his team have done a great job with setting up inspections and finding a tenant my property. Communication has been great throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.
Unfortunately, I experienced dishonest practices with Ray White Rockdale. I made an offer, but Nicholas insisted I purchase a strata report and sign the contract before he would even present my offer to the owner, claiming this would improve my chances. I followed their instructions, provided my ID for the contract, and my solicitor sent an email with a few requests before I signed.
