I never received the email on the increase of my rent. Anna's answer was she doesn't have time to call. Excuse me I thought that was her job. Then she uses her email even though not received as a way to get more rent due to the notice period. Final inspection total nightmare. Had professional cleaners yet she and puppet still nit picked. Nicholas and Kosta made the process of selling my flat super easy and as stress free as it could be. I trusted them through the process and had an excellent outcome achieved. They worked hard for my result and were open and transparent through the process. Highly recommend.
Except for the property manager (Michael), rest of the crew in Raywhite are soulless and they pressurize the tenants for house inspections, when owner places the unit on the market for sale. I understand money is important but empathy is really key when dealing between owners and tenants, which lacked in Raywhite Rockdale. I have had 8months of horrible time in my life when I stayed at Ashton street, Rockdale. Please stay away from this Raywhite Rockdale unless until you don't have a choice.
I'm very satisfied with how Christopher and the property management team handled my property. They were professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the process of finding a tenant. Highly recommend their services.
