One of the Worst Agent I ever I met. They use emotional Inteligents and exaggerate the property price.Avoid this Realstate if you are buying the property. Nicholas and Kosta made the process of selling my flat super easy and as stress free as it could be. I trusted them through the process and had an excellent outcome achieved. They worked hard for my result and were open and transparent through the process. Highly recommend.
I never received the email on the increase of my rent. Anna's answer was she doesn't have time to call. Excuse me I thought that was her job. Then she uses her email even though not received as a way to get more rent due to the notice period. Final inspection total nightmare. Had professional cleaners yet she and puppet still nit picked.
