Marz was the real estate agent for the first home I bought, the experience was so positive that Marz was the first agent that came to mind when I later needed to sell. In both cases, Marz was highly supportive in helping me navigate the chaotic and stressful time when buying and selling property. Marz was always highly knowledgeable, patient and responsive in answering any questions throughout and made experience positive as both a buyer and a seller.
Michael and the owner, Marz, are the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. Despite the fees I paid, they failed to manage my property properly. They didn’t identify the damages caused by the tenant, and when I switched to another property manager, they failed to handle the bond claim for the damage done under their management. This company is severely understaffed, and the staff they do have are incredibly unprofessional.
